iBlink Affiliate Privacy Policy

This Affiliate Privacy Policy explains how ScreenWell Labs Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information for applicants and participants in the iBlink Affiliate Program.
This policy supplements the general iBlink privacy policy for website and product users.
1. Controller
ScreenWell Labs Inc. ("ScreenWell", "we", "us", "our") is the controller of personal information processed for the Affiliate Program.

2. Information We Collect
When you apply to or participate in the Program, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details (name, clinic/practice name, email, phone, optional website/social profile).
- Program profile data (requested promo code, assigned promo code, affiliate status, campaign assignment).
- Payout details (for example, PayPal payout email and payout history metadata).
- Program performance data (attributed orders, gross/net amounts, refunds, disputes, clawbacks, commission status).
- Compliance and security data (IP address, user agent, timestamps, audit logs, terms acceptance records).
- Communications (support or Program-related email correspondence).
We may also receive transaction attribution and order data from payment/commerce providers (such as Stripe) required to validate commissions.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Evaluate and manage affiliate applications and accounts.
- Assign and administer promo codes and campaigns.
- Calculate, validate, pay, hold, reverse, or adjust commissions.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, self-referrals, policy violations, and payment risk.
- Communicate about approvals, payouts, policy updates, and compliance matters.
- Maintain internal records, reporting, accounting, legal, and tax compliance.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Affiliate pages and related account surfaces may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, security, and analytics.
Where required by law, we request consent for non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Program functionality.
5. Legal Bases
Depending on context and jurisdiction, we process information as necessary to:
- Perform our contract with you (Affiliate Program participation).
- Pursue legitimate business interests (fraud prevention, Program administration, security, analytics).
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, legal process, recordkeeping).
- Act on consent where required by law.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with:
- Payment and commerce providers, including Stripe, for attribution, transaction validation, and order events.
- Payout providers, such as PayPal, for commission payment processing.
- Infrastructure and business service providers (for example, cloud hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery) acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, or business transfers.
Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
7. International Transfers
Our service providers may process data in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Where applicable, we use reasonable contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Retention
- Active affiliates: retained while your account is active and as needed for Program operations.
- Closed/rejected/terminated accounts: retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
- We may retain limited records longer when required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No system can be guaranteed fully secure.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- Access your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
- Request deletion of information that is no longer required.
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

11. Children
The Affiliate Program is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction for Program participation.
12. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates become effective on the posted effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email.
