Affiliate Commission Schedule

This Commission Schedule is part of the iBlink Affiliate Program Operating Agreement and is published by ScreenWell Labs Inc.

1. Standard Commission Structure

  • Standard commission rate: 10% of Qualifying Net Revenue.
  • Standard affiliate customer discount: 10% off eligible products, unless a campaign states otherwise.

"Qualifying Net Revenue" means the amount actually paid by the customer for an eligible product after discounts and before taxes, less refunds, chargebacks, disputes, payment reversals, credits, and similar adjustments.

2. Eligible Products

Unless a campaign or written addendum says otherwise, eligible products include:

  • Solo iBlink monthly subscription.
  • Solo iBlink lifetime license.
  • Other solo-use iBlink consumer SKUs explicitly marked as affiliate eligible.

3. Excluded Products and Events

No commission is earned on:

  • Clinic key packs and other B2B or clinic-bulk products.
  • Orders that are refunded in whole or in part (commission reversed proportionally).
  • Chargebacks, disputes, fraudulent transactions, or failed/declined captures.
  • Self-purchases or purchases by related parties (as defined in the Operating Agreement).
  • Orders not correctly attributed by our systems.
  • Orders generated through prohibited channels or policy violations.

4. Attribution and Validation

  • Attribution is determined by ScreenWell system records.
  • We may place commissions in pending status during refund/dispute windows and fraud review.
  • We may adjust, reverse, or offset previously credited amounts where later events affect eligibility.

5. Payout Terms

  • Frequency: monthly.
  • Schedule: commissions earned in a calendar month are targeted for payout by the end of the following calendar month.
  • Method: PayPal payout to the verified payout email on file, unless another method is approved in writing.
  • Threshold: no minimum payout threshold unless required by payment provider or law.
  • Currency: commissions are generally paid in the transaction currency where supported; otherwise, provider conversion rates and fees may apply.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payout details.

6. Taxes and Fees

  • Affiliate is solely responsible for all taxes, filings, reporting, and remittances related to commissions.
  • Payment processor, transfer, conversion, intermediary banking, or similar fees may reduce the amount received.

7. Special Campaigns and Promotional Overrides

ScreenWell may run temporary campaigns with different rates, exclusions, or bonus structures. Any campaign-specific terms will apply only for the stated period and scope.

8. Rate Changes and Schedule Updates

We may update this schedule at any time, including rates, exclusions, payout procedures, and eligibility. Unless otherwise stated, updates become effective on the published effective date. Where practical, we will provide at least 30 days notice for material adverse changes.

9. Illustrative Example

If a product list price is CAD 99.00, an affiliate discount of 10% results in a customer payment of CAD 89.10 before tax. At a 10% commission rate, commission is CAD 8.91 before any later adjustments.
